I love the automation and ability to accomplish so many different marketing activities with ease. Hotcrm is the best all-in-one CRM and marketing automation software for an incredible price.
I do love how I can automate so many of the manual marketing and sales tasks for myself, my team and my clients using Hotcrm.. Simple things like being able to set up tasks and appointments with reminders, monitor my teams, including listening to their sales calls with real-time reporting of all aspects of the system.
As someone who is not easily impressed, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with this tool. It incorporates a plethora of services that I used to buy separately, such as SMS marketing, call tracking, voicemail broadcasts, and of course, the dialer. The ability to offer these services to clients is fantastic.
We were looking for a easy telephone solution. After doing some comparision we immediately experienced a completely different experience. Fast responses to our questions, fast onboarding, extreme user experience. Easy interface and a nice price setting. At last I felt very satisfied as what should Hotcrm be. Receiving call, doing calls and transferring calls with ease. And with a great quality. Hotcrm proves what they offer!

Hotcrm is a fantastic program and the management is very receptive to ideas. We have used this as a lead qualification program that allows and entry level person to do the bulk of the cold calling while saving your expensive sales people to go out and close the business!
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sean. Within maybe 10 minutes of signing up, Sean called me and went over all the information I would need to get started! I was literally on the sight trying to figure out what to do first when he called. I consider that to be amazing service from any company but have never experienced that before. Very easy to set up, and straight forward to make and receive calls. I like the answer machine function, and being able to call straight from my laptop.
