The Hotcrm is easy to use and quick to learn and is very quick to respond to help out and the owner is extremely hands on and he takes users input very seriously.
Hotcrm is a fantastic program and the management is very receptive to ideas. We have used this as a lead qualification program that allows and entry level person to do the bulk of the cold calling while saving your expensive sales people to go out and close the business!
Customer Service is great responded via private chat in less than 2 minutes actually communicated with a real person and not some chat bot! woo hoo! Also the skype meeting are great and i learned alot this past week

As someone who is not easily impressed, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with this tool. It incorporates a plethora of services that I used to buy separately, such as SMS marketing, call tracking, voicemail broadcasts, and of course, the dialer. The ability to offer these services to clients is fantastic.
