Not being an IT expert the install was so easy. I spoke with the customer service team and within minutes of my question the support team had set up my platform and my users. I am so comfortable with the knowledge that they are there to assist at any time. Thank you Hotcrm.

I have been testing this over the last month, so far this is really great! It works like it should for calls, texts and forwarding to my virtual answering service. And it's no hassle.. I tried a few other services before this and they were unnecessarily difficult.
I do love how I can automate so many of the manual marketing and sales tasks for myself, my team and my clients using Hotcrm. Allowing the system to handle so many repetitive and mundane tasks gives my and my client's teams more time to concentrate on sales.

I've got Hotcrm on trial to see if it fits the needs of my contact center. So far, I'm happy with the functions and ease of use. The calls are coming in clear too and I have not experienced any downtime. They have an excellent Support team as well. Kudos!
Very easy to set up, and straight forward to make and receive calls. I like the answer machine function, and being able to call straight from my laptop.
