I really happy to work with Hotcrm for my personal use, but now more happy to work with them for my business very efficient service and quick support.
I do love how I can automate so many of the manual marketing and sales tasks for myself, my team and my clients using Hotcrm.. Simple things like being able to set up tasks and appointments with reminders, monitor my teams, including listening to their sales calls with real-time reporting of all aspects of the system.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sean. Within maybe 10 minutes of signing up, Sean called me and went over all the information I would need to get started! I was literally on the sight trying to figure out what to do first when he called. I consider that to be amazing service from any company but have never experienced that before. The Hotcrm is easy to use and quick to learn and is very quick to respond to help out and the owner is extremely hands on and he takes users input very seriously.

I switched to Hotcrm because the price and features seemed like a good fit. I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with the features!!! Their platform is substantially better than what I was using before.
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Everything works like clockwork. I can easily control my account, everything is transparent, there have never been any problems.
Very easy to set up, and straight forward to make and receive calls. I like the answer machine function, and being able to call straight from my laptop.
