But you get enough help from the support so long everything works out - I can only recommend everyone, I hope I'll stay here for a long time
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sean. Within maybe 10 minutes of signing up, Sean called me and went over all the information I would need to get started! I was literally on the sight trying to figure out what to do first when he called. I consider that to be amazing service from any company but have never experienced that before. Very easy to set up, and straight forward to make and receive calls. I like the answer machine function, and being able to call straight from my laptop.

I do love how I can automate so many of the manual marketing and sales tasks for myself, my team and my clients using Hotcrm. Allowing the system to handle so many repetitive and mundane tasks gives my and my client's teams more time to concentrate on sales.

Customer Service is great responded via private chat in less than 2 minutes actually communicated with a real person and not some chat bot! woo hoo! Also the skype meeting are great and i learned alot this past week

This is my personal experience with Hotcrm... Hotcrm is the best marketing software out there, period. This might seem like an exaggeration, but if you do your due diligence you will come to the conclusion that there is no software out there that provides such extensive features and the ease for the users to utilize those features in their business
