An MMS file size can be up to 600KB, including your message. For example, this could be an image (up to 410KB), a subject line (64 characters), and body text (5,000 characters).
We have different Sender ID options to suit your needs. We’ll set you up with a dedicated number, which allows you to send and receive text messages. You can also send from an alpha tag (up to 11 numbers and letters) to help customers recognise you. Learn how to choose a sender ID.
MMS allows you to send and receive static (JPG and PNG) and moving (GIF and APNG) images.
A standard SMS is limited to 160 characters, while MMS allows you to include an image, a bolded subject line, and up to 5,000 characters. Learn more in our blog post.
